How To Request Deletion
If you want CareerMentorEdu to delete your personal data, please contact us using the details below. This includes information submitted through lead forms, counselling requests, contact submissions, login-based usage, or related account activity.
Send A Deletion Request
Email us at contact@careermentoredu.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and mention the account, phone number, email address, or Facebook-linked details you used with CareerMentorEdu.
Help Us Identify Your Data
Please include your full name, registered email, phone number, and any relevant social login or claim details so we can locate your information correctly and avoid deleting the wrong records.
Deletion Review And Confirmation
Once verified, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal data from our active systems and send you a confirmation update. Some information may be retained if required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security logging.
Expected Timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days, depending on account complexity and any legal retention obligations.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, financial records, security logs, fraud prevention, abuse detection, or to resolve disputes. Where full deletion is not possible, we will limit the retained information to the minimum necessary.
